For security purposes, the credit card used for the booking and the cardholder’s ID must be presented for verification prior to boarding.
If the purchase was made using a third-party card (when the cardholder is not traveling), the passenger must provide a notarized authorization form, along with a copy of the cardholder’s ID and the credit card used.
Failure to provide these documents will result in denied boarding. In such cases, a new reservation must be purchased at the counter.
